"Digital Metrology for New Productivity" | GRGTEST Seminar

On July 18, under the guidance of the Chengdu Municipal and Wuhou District Market Supervision Bureaus, the seminar titled "Digital and Intelligent Metrology Testing to Promote the Development of New Quality Productive Forces" was successfully held at the Wuhou Microwave and Radio Frequency Industrial Park. Organized by GRGTEST and hosted by its Chengdu subsidiary (GRGTEST (Chengdu) Co., Ltd.), the event brought together over 40 industry clients from Chengdu's third-party testing institutions, as well as the microwave radio frequency and equipment manufacturing sectors. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including metrology testing, digital transformation of enterprise production measurement processes, and the application of intelligent metrology testing solutions.

Song Xianwei, a second-level researcher from the Measurement Division of Chengdu Market Supervision Administration, delivered a keynote speech emphasizing that under the background of the joint issuance of the Action Plan for Measurement Supporting the Development of New Quality Productive Forces (2025-2030) by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it is both necessary and timely to jointly explore the informatization and intelligentization of the metrology testing industry, and to discuss how the informatization and intelligentization of metrology testing can play a role in the development of new quality productive forces. In the metrology testing industry and modern manufacturing enterprises, digital and informatization transformation of metrology testing has become the only way to enhance core competitiveness, adapt to market changes, and achieve sustainable development. It is also an urgent demand for improving the efficiency of metrology testing processes, ensuring data compliance, and innovating services.
Zeng Yong, General Manager Assistant of GRGTEST and General Manager of Chengdu GRGTEST, delivered a speech stating that as one of China's earliest third-party metrology and testing institutions, GRGTEST has always taken the lead in industry development, with a mission to pioneer new metrology testing technologies and methodologies.
