Digital Transformation Powering Quality Upgrades – TOP SOFTWARE Showcases Solutions at 4th EQA Summit

To thoroughly implement the national high-quality development strategy, promote quality innovation and excellence management practices, and stimulate vitality for quality improvement across society, the Fourth Quality Enhancement Activity (EQA) Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "EQA Competition") is jointly organized by the Guangdong Quality Development Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the "GDQDPA"), the Management System Innovation Research Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Committee for the Commerce Industry, Eagle Enterprise Certification Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the Hong Kong Quality Management Association, and the Macao Quality Management Association, under the guidance of the CCPIT Committee for the Commerce Industry. The first promotion conference of the competition was successfully held at GRG Metrology Testing Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GRG Metrology"), a council member unit of the GDQDPA, on June 25, 2025. The event aimed to provide an in-depth interpretation of the competition rules, share cutting-edge quality management experiences, identify high-quality projects, empower enterprises to strengthen quality improvement initiatives, and collectively contribute to the high-quality development process in Guangdong Province and across the nation.

Ming Zhimao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of GRGTEST, delivered a welcome speech, stating that GRGTEST is not only a guardian of quality but also a driver of industrial upgrading and new quality productive forces. Xiao Wanying, Secretary of the Party Branch of GDQDPA and Head of Standard Technology Department, officially announced the release of the Selected Outstanding Cases of the Quality Improvement Activity (EQA) Competition. She shared insights from the top three EQA projects and provided attendees with a comprehensive overview of the 4th EQA Competition, including its background, core principles, enterprise participation process, and evaluation criteria. Her presentation, enriched with practical examples, served as a hands-on guide for enterprises to participate effectively.

The conference ceremoniously held the release ceremony for the Guidelines for Implementing Excellence Quality Activities group standard. Serving as a key technical basis and evaluation benchmark for this year's EQA Competition, the standard provides scientific and standardized guidance for participating enterprises to implement quality improvement initiatives. This milestone also signifies that the competition has reached new heights in professionalism and authority.
